2nd Chef for award winning country inn. .
To prepare and serve traditional and exotic home cooked food. Wide and varied menu using mainly local produce.
Aprox 35-40 hours over 5 day week, with split shifts. Meals on duty.
Must be able to work on own initiative to cover head chef days off.
