We are looking for a full-time Pizza Chef to join our small brigade. You must be able to prove that you are eligible to work in the UK and have good English skills, a friendly and personable personality, wood-oven pizza experience and the ability to consistently maintain a high quality of work in a very busy environment.

Our chefs are dedicated, consistent and precise with a demonstrable love of working with fresh produce. As we are a busy restaurant, they are quick and energetic, and their creative drive is actively encouraged. We are looking for solid references to back-up good experience.

Both front and back of house we drive very high standards to ensure that the quality of our food and outstanding levels of service continue. We expect our staff to immerse themselves into our “30 mile food zone” and we encourage them to visit the farmers markets, local suppliers and farms to ensure they have a ground knowledge of what seasonal products are available and how good food begins with great ingredients.
