Job Description
Working within a team of 5, cooking for a restaurant of 80 covers with a very modern British menu using 100% quality fresh ingredients.
The menu is based on traditional, sometimes classical dishes with a twist.

Required Experience
You must be a driven and ambitious chef with a proven background.
The following criteria needs to be met in order to secure an interview for the Sous chef position:

* Man management skills
* Creativity and flair
* Well experienced in producing all from fresh/ to rosette standards
* Passion and enthusiasm

Salary and Benefits

The starting salary for this role is £20000- £22000 depending on experience.
Live in accommodation can be provided
