My client, a dynamic and respected business services company based in Gloucester, is looking to recruit for a Business Services Executive.
Delivered on behalf of public sector government agencies, my Client brings large scale training programmes to help people and businesses excel by adding value.
The primary role is to identify the needs and ongoing developmental requirements of businesses within the UK and successfully engaging with employers to promote the skills and learning projects available.
To be effective, the successful jobholder needs to demonstrate experience in dealing with clients over the telephone B2B, developing rapport and maintaining client relationships, be able to demonstrate a confident first class customer service and have experience in ‘soft’ sales. You will be friendly, personable and dynamic, with a client focused, professional work ethic.
Main Responsibilities:
Engaging with employers via telephone, to discuss and raise interest in the project and where successful interest is gained, arranging for the appropriate level of service. Particular focus will be on generating appointments for a bank of Advisors to visit with employers in order for them to participate in the project
Managing Advisors’ diaries to ensure the maximum potential of appointments for each associate is reached. Taking corrective/preventative action if this is not possible
Successfully managing on-going contact with employers and continual communications to generate desired outcomes, e.g. customer satisfaction, repeat business, future business opportunities etc
Supporting, if required, face2face networking, and other related projects
Ensuring all data entered onto the database is clear and concise
Making ‘best use’ of prospect data
Receiving in-bound calls from employers and dealing with them as per agreed procedures
Liaising with Directors and other members of staff to produce performance analysis/information
General Responsibilities:
Maintain electronic and manual records for all activities
Attend internal staff, Associate and development meetings as requested
Assist with other duties as needed from time-to-time
Maintain own workspace and computer
Adhere to tracking and monitoring procedures
Ensure deadlines and targets are consistently met – must be pro-active
Participate in the ‘team spirit’
Ensure confidentiality at all times according to the Company ‘Statement of Confidentiality’
Salary: £16k basic + Bonuses
