A great opportunity for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join the team at this high profile 2 Rosette (should be 3 Rosette!) hotel and Restaurant near Tewkesbury, Cheltenham and Gloucester. Using only the finest fresh local ingredients to the highest standards you will have the opportunity to work with a very talented and creative Head Chef and his Brigade.

Ideally the successful Commis Chef candidate will have recent experience at recognised establishments (preferably at least 1 Rosette level) as Commis Chef or Apprentice and possess good organisation/communication skills and have the desire and determination to climb the career ladder and help take the business to an even higher level.
