Its a really nice airy large flat, 2 minutes from town and 2 minutes from Pitville park.
Plenty of free parking is outside the flat.
The bedrooms will be unfurnished but the flat has sofas, tv, washing machine, shower etc. The livingroom and kitchen are both large with plenty of space for 3 sharing.
We have been here for a few years now and really like it, its a fantastic location, a relaxed atmosphere and decent rent. We are late 20s/early 30s, but aren't really fussed of peoples ages moving into the flat!
The rent it £266 PCM plus bills on top- gas, water, electric, c'tax, tv etc- approx £100 a month.
