This role is an existing, hands-on role within the business which straddles clients, the technical team and the design department, whilst fitting in strongly with the rest of the team. It is a busy production and facilitation role. This role is key to the smooth running of both internal workflows between departments and client campaigns.
The job specifically encompasses:
• Email Marketing
o Utilising our own application EPerfect
o Facilitating and overseeing the setting up of clients: tracking, data, creative
o Scheduling
o Monitoring delivery and working with the deliverability team on issues – working on deliverability plans
o Overseeing creative and ensuring all creative is ready either internally or via clients in good time
o Working with & recommending on offers, subject lines, content etc
o Management of client reporting & invoicing

• Affiliate Marketing
o Facilitation and first point of contact on affiliate programmes (Affiliate Window based)
o Setting up new clients including tracking and interface content
o Creating engaging communications with affiliates on behalf of clients
o Creating engaging creatives for programme use
o Management of client reporting & invoicing

• Shopping Channel Feed Management
o Operating our own application EPerfect Feeds
o Setting up new clients including tracking & bid prices/ceilings per channel
o Setting up feed FTP’s and ensuring all feeds are correct & live
o Monitoring & managing live programmes in line with programme goals
o Liasing with shopping channels and clients
o Management of client reporting & invoicing

• General
o Working with a very dedicated and experienced team
o Assisting team on media campaigns when required
o Creating reports and assisting the team on proposals and pitches when required
