Our client is a small contemporary hotel in South Gloucestershire looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager.

Duties will include day to day running of the restaurant and bar, managing a team of 5 people, with responsibilities for security of the building at night, previous experience from a fine dining establishment is necessary.

Live in accommodation is available, salary of £20,000 per annum + tips.
