Competent Cook or Chef to work in small wine bar, Cheltenham.

Serving simple lunch menus throughout the week and prep for simple evening dishes & party's. Sunday full lunch. To complement the main business of wines & spirit sales.

To plan & prepare menus. To manage kitchen budgets and be responsible for Health and Hygiene policies.

40-45 hours per week over 5 days.

Position available from mid September.
