Country House Hotel requires ambitious Chef de Partie to be part of this great team; you must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. The experience must have been gained in a top hotel/restaurant establishment to 1 or 2 rosette standard.

Job Description

• Supervise the function of kitchen employees and advise colleagues where required;
• To help train younger kitchen members to ensure quality is achieved;
• To have an understanding of fresh ingredients
• Experience at running your own section
• Understanding of Menu planning
• To have an understanding of HACCPS and COSHH
