Sous Chef wanted for busy Tetbury hotel. We are a privately owned 3 star hotel in the centre of town and are looking for a sous chef to back up the head chef and run the kitchen in his absence. The job needs an ambitious, creative chef with ideas and a love of food.

We have recently won 3 awards for our restaurant and we're looking to add to them, our style is robust, modern British using local ingredients.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, accommodation is avaiable if required in our staff house 10 minutes from hotel. Tips are split with the kitchen.
