General Admin Finance Volunteer (part-time, voluntary)
Circus Maniacs School of Circus Arts is an independent not-for-profit art organisation offering a diverse range of circus & performing arts training for all ages to schools, businesses and the community. After 14 years of being Bristol-based, we have recently re-located to Basepoint Tewkesbury, in Glos. We are looking to create new partnerships, to collaborate on projects, and to develop an exciting range of activities in Gloucestershire, Bristol and the surrounding counties.
This job will involve:
* taking calls coming into the office from clients or other enquiries.
* developing and managing an organised filing system for our new office.
* logging financial expenditure in the day to day running of the organisation.
* reviewing and developing systems and procedures that enable Circus Maniacs to run effectively and efficiently.
This is a part-time voluntary (unpaid) position.
We believe this post might suit:

* someone with the relevant experience turning to work after a career break, or
* an individual who is seeking a career in arts administration / management.
Minimum commitment 3 months.
