I have just bought my first house, and I am looking for someone to move into the spare bedroom and be a housemate rather than a lodger.
The room is a double room with a built in wardrobe and lots of shelf space, there is a bed in the room but if you wish to bring your own furniture that isnt a problem.
The house has a nice large kitchen with lots of storage space, your own fridge. A washer drier, dishwasher, cooker microwave, freezer etc. There is a decent sized garden out the back with lots of room for bbq's etc.
The house has Virgin TV, Wireless internet and a landline with free evening and weekend phone calls.
The house is 10minutes from GCHQ and 10 minutes from town. The road the house is on is nice and quiet and there is parking outside the house on the road but parking is not a problem and off road parking will hopefully be put in, in the near future.
