Seeking a CDP to maintain various sections within this talented and respected brigade. Training and experience at rosette/michelin level is ideal as is experience working with fresh produce including preparing whole carcasses from fresh. Everything on the menu is very strictly sourced locally and prepared on site, right down to the bacon, sausages, ice cream, bread, stocks and sauces etc.

You must be extremely passionate about food, enjoy working in a fun but pressurised kitchen and maintaining very high standards in your cuisine and hygiene.
