This establishment offers a range of seasonal menu’s throughout the year to a busy restaurant with approximately 1000 covers per week.

Food is always prepared fresh and where possible uses local ingredients. The position includes making bread and ice cream in the morning so previous experience of this will be beneficial.

The successful candidate will have worked as a Sous Chef previously or the role would also suit someone looking to step up from a CPD role.

Ongoing in work training will be gained from the Head Chef.

Up to 48 hours per week working days, evenings and at weekends.
