Talented Pastry Chef de Partie required to join this fantastic Country House Hotel regularly serving 20 – 40 covers each lunchtime and evening, Private dining for 14 and the Hotel is also an occasional exclusive wedding Venue for up to 100 guests and the location is frequently used for new and unique product launches from Sports Cars to Cosmetics.

The style of Food is good Modern British Country House Cuisine the successful candidate will be invited to become involved in the creation of menu's and offered the chance to learn many new skills.

This position would ideally suit an experienced Chef de Partie with a good allround knowledge or even a first commis looking for their first senior role, ideally with several years experience in a Country House, Hotel, or Restaurant.
