Purchase Ledger Clerk - Cardiff
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join this rapidly growing organisation based on the outskirts of Cardiff.
Job responsibilities
- Daily post to be opened, date stamped and distributed within the Service Level Agreement
- Ensure All Purchase Orders and Invoices are worked on within SLA
- The Purchase Order data base to be worked daily.
- Ensure that you are working with other members of Accounts Payable (AP) team for accurate working of the AP mail box to assist with invoice queries and Purchase Order request - all to be worked within SLA
- Review open items on your vendors and ledgers.
- Ensure daily deliverables are produced and completed each day
- Ensure working relationships with other departments
- Assisting with all AP Archiving
- Processing Monthly, on average, 750 Invoices and 85 Purchase Orders. It is essential that you have a working knowledge of SAP
