Recruitment agency is looking for a HR Manager to join this succesful company based in the Stroud area.
You will need to be either CPP or fully CIPD qualified( or studying towards) and with some experience in a HR role.( or equivalent)
You will provide general HR guidance, deal with recruitment, training, wages, pay reviews etc...
I need someone who is very much up to date with the latest on employment law, who is familiar with disciplinary and writing up policies.
The company has over 200 staff.
