Key character attributes:

A good level IT literacy; preferably knowledge of AS400 but not essential.

Basic understanding of sales techniques.
Duties include:
To ensure that all customer queries are dealt with in accordance with current procedures.
To ensure that all work carried out is of an acceptable standard in line with current quality guidelines, adhering to set regulations.
To actively pursue improvement.
To be a team player.
To ensure that personal workloads are kept up to date.
To ensure that quality issues are addressed and improved upon.
To contribute effectively and positively to the ethos of the company.
£6.50 per hour on a shift rotation basis.
