Strong individual required for stunning Cotswold hotel. My client is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join their kitchen brigade. Previous quality experience essential; good menu idea's & the ability to effectively run the kitchen alongside the Head Chef.

Salary £19,000 per annum.
Live-in accomadation is avaliable however live-out is preferred.
