An exciting position has come available at an intimate and sophisticated french restaurant in cheltenham. The restaurant with a fantastic reputation for there french lead cuisine are in search of a head chef with flare and abition to drive the brigade and premises forwards.
The winning applicant must be able to compose and produce high quality and imaginative menu's, using locally sourced fresh produce as everything is hand made on site including icecreams and breads. The winning applicant also must pocess a good knowledge of classic french cusine, be hard working, creative and able to take full responsibilty for the kitchen.
