My client is a luxury boutique property part of a small group of red starred hotels. They have a 30 cover fine dining restaurant that offers a modern European menu with Mediterranean influences and a 45 cover brasserie that presents modern British cuisine.

The Executive Chef is highly regarded in this industry for being a strong leader and an excellent trainer of junior chefs. He looks for passion and commitment from his brigade and offers career opportunities and ongoing development/training in return. For the Commis Chef’s vacancy the successful candidate will have gained at least 12 months recent experience at 1-2 rosettes and be highly enthusiastic and eager to develop his/her skills.

Salary £13500 - £14500. Live in accommodation is available if required. Staff benefits include 28 days holiday, use of the gym, all meals while on duty, training and development.
