we are currantly reqruiting for a senior chef de partie at this new and unique cotswold boutique coaching inn the likley person would work along side the chef owner and act in his place when he has time off. we are 2 roseete standard and have just been recommended by the michellin guide 2010.
the candidate should be highly skilled in the kitchen and absoloutly dedicated to great food and love what they do.
we do require the candidate to be fluent in english and have a history of working in similar establishments.
this is the first in a plan to expand into another 2 more gastro pubs and there will be room for promotion given time.
you need to be able to work as a team and be driven by cooking and handling fresh and specialist produce.
