Our client is a privately owned country house hotel near Gloucester looking for a Sous Chef & CDP.

This is a 2AA rosettes property with a mixture of classic charm & temporary style, 30 bedrooms and conference facilities for up to 150 guests. The menu is Modern European with Eastern influences. The focus is on serving contemporary dishes using fresh & seasonal ingredients. Previous experience from a rosette background is essential. Live in accommodation is available.

Salary offered is as follows:

Sous Chef - 22,000 pa
CDP - £16,000 pa
