Due to the award of a key contract in the Lydney area - a large new build social housing development our client has approached us with the need to recruit an experienced project manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will have a key involvement with the project through all of its stages, maintaining a positive relationship with the client at all times, ensuring the project stays on schedule, as well as managing a large project team including site managers.
the right candidate will come from a similar company - a social housing contractor ideally and will have considerable experience of delivering new build social housing and/or care schemes including all programming, H&S and client liaison.
