This stylish and elegant hotel with contemporary twist in South Gloucestershire is looking for a talented & dedicated Senior Sous Chef for immediate start. Serving imaginative food that is locally sourced and prepared with care & attention. You will be responsible for preparation of the contemporary menu, staff training & development, liasing with the Head Chef to develop new ideas and deputising for him in his absence.

Salary of £22,000 per annum + tips, live in accommodation is available. This is a 2AA rosettes property so previous exprerience in this kind of establishment is essential!
