My Client is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their team who has previous experience within a similar role.

We require an experienced individual used to the needs of a 24/7 industry to join our team of chefs in this busy department. You must be a standards orientated person with a determination to deliver the highest level of service and product.

You will assist in managing and developing the skills of the commis chefs in the department whilst performing to achieve personal and team objectives. You will be expected to keep a cool head under pressure whilst delivering the expectations of our guests.

Working 5 days out of 7 including weekends and a combination of early, late and split shifts you will be flexible to the needs of the business.

Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver on Company rules, policies and correct procedures, the position will include:

assisting in daily operations preparing fresh individual dishes for the restaurant, room service, lounge and events departments.
control procedures of food items
maintaining high levels of hygiene standards following current health and safety legislation
training and developing new and existing staff members
ensuring effective communication with other departments and within the team
solving problems and acting promptly when problems arise
The Hotel is set in the heart of the countryside at the foot of the Malvern Hills in Worcestershire. It offers 103 newly refurbished bedrooms and 6 meeting/events rooms accommodation up to 300 guests and is popular with both corporate and leisure guests.
