We are a busy town centre 3 star hotel in Tetbury , Gloucestershi, and we are looking for a sous chef.

This is an amazing opportunity for a passionate Sous Chef to work with a fantastic menu using locally supplied produce.

It's is a varied and interesting role and the successful candidate will be working across all areas of the kitchen and running it in the head chef’s absence. The menu is gutsy modern cooking, using locally supplied produce and we have recently won 3 awards for our food, making everything ourselves.

We are looking for someone with some genuine interest in food who is looking to push their career forward and the ideal candidate will have good health and safety knowledge along with good stock control and ordering skills.

The salary is up to £23,000 depending upon experience and accommodation can be provided in our staff house if required.
