Position: Service Advisor

Details:
Part of a large multi franchised dealer group. This volume dealership has just added a second franchise to it and is requiring an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy service team consisting of 10 Technicians, 1 Workshop Control, 3 Advisors and a receptionist. Currently running at 110% of target seeing in on average 35 customers per day.

Ideal Candidate:
You will need to have excellent customer service skills, be a confident relationship builder, able to influence and advise customers on minor technical issues whilst delivering a first class service but also achieving the company objectives and targets. You should be driven, motivated and dynamic.

You will be greeting customers in to the service department, extensive liaison with the workshop to chase work in progress, and keeping customers informed, and gaining authorisation for any additional work to be carried out. You will also be responsible for all upsell and invoicing. Kerridge experience would be a distinct advantage.
