OK so its a bit of a treck if you live in south west Glos ;-) but for those of you on the eastern Border:

we're looking for a guitarist with plenty of onstage attitude to join a newly formed Punk Band in the west oxfordshire area (Witney is nearest place to rehearsal space, so about 45 mins along the A40 from Cheltenham)

Age and experience arent an issue, this is punk! but commitment and attitude are important.

Hoping for weekly rehearsals (if we can) but understanding if occassionally other commtments get in the way and we need to change days or even go for a week (or two?) without practice. However we hope to gig soonish so flexibility to play various nights will be needed later.

Influences are a mix of 70's punk and modern ska/pop/punk. Clash, Stiff little fingers, pistols, Anti-nowhere league mixed with NOFX, living end, Offspring, green day, Rancid & the Dropkick Murphys.

Need to get out and play, so get in touch if you're up for meeting new mates, joining a band that will hopefully be a long term thing and showing the current apathetic music scene just what real music should sound like.
