Leading South West regional law firm Rickerbys LLP has a rare opportunity for a Junior Business Development Executive. This is a full time position based in their Cheltenham, Gloucestershire office.

This position will ideally suit someone who is looking to develop their career within Business Development. You will be a team player working with all team members and be responsible for assisting the team with the organisation and management of BD and marketing events, assisting with the collation of data for pitches and tenders as well as legal directory submissions.

You will have a good understanding of brand management as you will be assisting with the generation of the firm’s collateral, ensuring all marketing materials adhere to our corporate guidelines and brand. In addition you will also assist with the management of the intra / inter and BD updates as communication tools.

You will have a minimum of two years working in a BD team within a professional services environment. Experience in desktop publishing packages is preferable, particularly Adobe InDesign and Photoshop as well as being fully conversant with the generic IT packages.

Due to the scope of the role you will have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills as you will have direct client exposure. In addition you will need to have proven organisation and prioritisation skills as you will be responsible for supporting key members of the team and working to tight deadlines.
