Job description.
Supporting the head chef in menu developement and covering in his abscence you will be an integral part and key member of this small brigade.You must be ale to work on all sections and be able to show high quality leadership and motivational skills. You must be flexible in your approach and driven to achieve accolades as the premises have just been awarded their first rossette and recieved an award for best pub/gastro pub in oxfordshire and are always striving for more.

You must already be working at rosette standards and must demonstrate a steady work history and show carear progress.
We are looking for applications from existing Sous chefs or exceptional Junior Sous chefs who are looking to take there first steps into management.
