Our client is a Registered Care Home that provides accommodation for sixteen men aged 30yrs + based in Cheltenham. The home aims to enable and equip former offenders to address their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs within a caring Christian environment. They aim to assist each person to progress towards more personal independence, learning life and social skills in order to live a fulfilling and crime-free life.

They are currently recruiting for a Deputy project Manager to join the home on a full time basis of a minimum of 40hrs per week and they are looking to offer a salary between £21,186 - £24,289 + benefits.

Any candidate wishing to apply MUST be a practising and professed Christian to maintain and develop a Christ centred culture. Regulation 7 (3) of the Employment Equality (Region or belief) regulations 2003. Candidates must have previous experience in a supported housing, care or voluntary sector.
