Our client is looking for a career focused and passionate Chef de Partie/ Senior Chef de Partie to work within the hotel’s 2 rosette fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will have been a chef de partie for the last 2 years at 2 rosette level and be looking for that next promotion to Senior Chef de Partie.

This hotel has a fantastic reputation for it initiative modern British and French cuisine. Superb training is given with the opportunity to use fantastic local and fresh produce.
