All levels of chef required to work in one of Cheltenhams finest boutique hotels aiming for its first Michelin star; candidates must have worked in similar restaurants or hotels.
Candidates must also be passionate, creative and have an understanding that consistency and quality is of the upmost importance.
The successful candidate will be working with the head chef or sous chef to ensure the smooth running of your designated section as well as be involved in the training of the commis chefs.
This is a good opportunity to work with a dedicated small team using good local produce.
Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
