i am a lady with 13yrs experience in care and mental health. i have been trained by the nhs. i have done all the courses eg manual handling, first aid , food hygiene and many more. i am willing to do most tasks eg shopping ,personal care housework etc. i can also do sits with clients while their carers have a much needed break. i have a vey good sense of humour and a very caring nature.
