My client is a stunning hotel in the Cotswold's region seeking an experienced Executive Head Chef to aim their standards high and achieve results. This position is available IMMEDIATELY so all those Chefs out of work - APPLY NOW!
After some refurbishment, they are now seeking an Exec Head Chef to take the hotel onto the next level. Currently operating at 3 Rosette standards, they want to maintain this high standard and develop the food operation. I am looking for candidates with exceptional work history, man management skills and a background of a similar standard.
Reporting to the General Manager, so must be able to deliver current food costings accurately on a weekly or fortnightly basis, work at 70-72% GP standard, manage a brigade of 14 chefs assisting with further training/development and working with both fine dining and banqueting covers going up to 500+.
Your main focus will be to over see and manage the entire food operation including pushing the brasserie outlet within the hotel. Chefs possessing exceptional organizational skills, brand new innovative idea's for menu's and how the restaurant will be successful, will be a requirement within the first 6 months. Previous chefs who have contributed towards a new opening or have been part of a transitional stage in business ownership would be a great contender.
