My client is looking for an experienced restaurant manager to join the team at their Country House Hotel.

The ideal candidate will be dynamic, experienced and friendly.

Responsibilities include:

Ensuring all service standards are maintained

Ensuring all daily and weekly operational meetings within the hotel are happening.

Ensuring the department as a function, delivers the minimum Restaurant Standards.

Using the AA 4 star standard criteria ensure we meet and wherever possible exceed their scoring criteria.

Ensure all standard checklists are used as prescribed.

To empower team to be able to handle all guest feedback for positive and negative and record correctly.

Actively consider prevention, recovery and investigation of any complaints.

Undertaking the role as toastmaster as required.

To strive to anticipate customer needs whenever possible and react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.

Ensure that company and legal standards for cleanliness are maintained within the department.

Ensure that the team are correctly uniformed, in line with Company Standards and understand the importance of personal hygiene.

Prepare check and monitor departmental forecasts and rotas to ensure they are in line with set budgets and meet the service and business needs

To control costs through correct stock usage, storage, rotation, par stock levels maintained, purchase order systems and minimising wastage as per Company standards.
