Our client is looking for an individual to join them as a Site Services Manger for contract cleaning in a large healthcare establishment in Gloucester. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations and delivery of services on site ensuring standards and compliance are adhered to at all times. The post requires managing the service delivery of a Domestic and Housekeeping department which will include reviews, health & safety assessments, working to a budget, finance reports, recruitment, training and management. Experience within a healthcare environment is essential as is a cleaning background, management qualifications (diploma, HND, NVQ etc.) advantageous but not essential.
