The JOB:
We specialise in the great and simple British dishes that we grew up with. Ingredients are carefully sourced and wherever possible we use local and regional farmers, growers, fishermen, producers, brewers and even winemakers. Not just sausages, but the ‘lost’ British cuisine of Toad in the Hole, Beef Wellington, Crumble and good old custard.

We require a talented and equally passionate Head Chef to produce simple British food in our 70 cover eating rooms, function room and bars. ‘Simple’, classic, fresh, seasonal and regional British food to a very high standard (Michelin Pub Guide, Sawdays ‘Special Places’, etc).

Applicants need to show experience in a high volume, high quality pub/restaurant kitchen and be an experienced Head Chef. You must have the right to live and work in the UK.
