A specialist Gloucestershire school is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Teacher, able to provide a stimulating learning environment and to add to the positive life of the school.

You will be required to teach to GCSE level, working with small groups of pupils who have severe emotional and behavioural needs.

The school will be looking for individuals who can demonstrate their commitment to promoting the values and expectations for each pupil.

You will have:

- The ability to engage with disillusioned young people, raising their self esteem
- The ability to work in close partnership with a multi-disciplined team of professionals
- High expectations of individual achievements
- Relevant teaching qualification with QTS
- A good working knowledge of Key Stage 3 & 4 curriculum, with the skills to work with mixed ability sets
- Desire to improve outcomes for troubled children and inspire to reach their full potential
