Sous Chef / Nr Bristol/Bath / Country House Hotel / Salary c£23,000

Our client is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for its Luxury Country House Hotel/Resort situated near to Bath. This is a varied role whereby the successful candidate will be working across all areas of the kitchen/operation, from breakfast and banqueting right through to the award wining fine dining restaurant.

This is a challenging role that will require a calm head under pressure, a genuine foodie with passion and commitment, along with a steely determination to uphold and push the already renowned standards.

Applicants will need to be well-versed in all aspects of kitchen management as running the entire operation will be necessary on Chefs days off. With this in mind it is absolutely vital that candidates have good health and safety knowledge, a firm understanding of GP along with good stock control and ordering skills.

The salary is up to £23,000 depending upon experience and temporary accommodation can be provided if required.
