Bar Supervisor required, you should have a minimum six months supervisory experience or at least one year’s bar experience in either event you should be
used to working in a fast pasted & occasionally high pressured environment as
part of a team as well as being able to occupy yourself during the quieter times.

The position is very much hands on and you would be expected to lead by example;
As well as supervising the bar you will be required to carry out cellar duties, and
the occasional lock up.

The basics, you should be numerate, have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word
& Excel, speak and write fluent English, most importantly you must be able to
learn, problem solve and think on your feet.
