The space is on the first floor and is well lit by a large west window and artificial light. There is a small outside area at the front of the building which can be used on a temporary basis.

There are plug points, locking door and access to the sink, fridge, kettle within the main studio space.

Bills included, 24 hour access.

Reduced rates for life drawing sessions held at the school. Exhibition opportunities available.

The studio is located 5 mins from the Montpellier area of Cheltenham with loads of shops, cafes and bars.

125 pounds per calendar month. 50% deposit required with first installment. Discounts for paying upfront.

Available on a minimum 3 month basis. Start 1 Oct (or slightly before if required).
