Chef de Partie, £16000 Country House Hotel- Cotswolds

An amazing opportunity exists for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join the experienced kitchen brigade of this lovely Country House Hotel set on the doorstep of the cotswold country side.

Job Description

The position exists for a passionate individual who would like to be involved in transforming this property through major renovations due to start soon.
This will include a brand new kitchen where British and Continental dishes will be prepared using only the best locally sourced produce available.
The aim is for the kitchen team to achieve 2 rosettes when the new kitchen is fully up and running.
They would like to achieve this before the end of next year.

Required Experience

The ideal candidate for the Chef de Partie position would be able to demonstrate:

* Knowledge and ability of cooking British and Continental cuisine
* Rosette experience preferred, as you will be instrumental in helping the hotel achieve their accolades
* Passion and dedication in producing great quality food

Salary and Benefits

The starting salary for this role is £16000.
