This is a restaurant that’s as chic as it gets, with chocolate brown silk walls, Murano crystal and Ocean Blue chandeliers and divinely intimate seating. There’s even a cosy, semi-private part of the restaurant, the original chapel, that’s an idyllic, gastronomic rendezvous for small parties up to 14.


Due to an internal promotion they are looking to appoint a senior chef de rang/head waiter, you shoud have previous experience as a chef de rang at a minimum of 2 AA Rosette standard.
