About the Client;

The Job:
One of the most well known success stories in British retail. We are currently seeking the most talented individuals to form part of our branch management team throughout Scotland (please note there are several live red hot vacancies within this business), who can demonstrate a track record of putting the customer first, developing people, delivering results and achieving high retail standards. You should be a natural leader and team player with a strong retail background and have previous experience in retail management in a fast paced customer focused environment.
Key Attributes:
Retail Store Management experience (if you have worked within the mobile phone sector within the last 12 months please do not apply) Excellent customer service and team leadership skills. Had the experience of coaching and developing and leading teams in a retail environment. Have the ability to manage, motivate and encourage a team whist providing exceptional customer service within a retail environment. Be really customer focused. The ability to plan, organise and execute training courses and on the job training sessions effectively The drive and ambition to succeed in a demanding training environment Excellent communication and listening skills. Worked towards KPIs and have the ability to demonstrate this in an interview.
