Hays Education in Worcester are currently recruiting for Qualified Teaching Assistants to work in a range of Primary and Secondary schools across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
 
Locations include central Worcester, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Kidderminster, Evesham, Pershore, Broadway, Hereford, Ross-on-Wye, Bromyard, Malvern, Leominster and Ledbury.

We are seeking supply staff with NVQ Level 3 and relevant experience to cover day to day, short and long term assignments.    

Candidates must have an excellent understanding of the curriculum, in particular subject knowledge of Numeracy & Literacy and confident class room management skills.

Qualifications and experience required:

- NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
- Experience in a classroom environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to plan and organise and use own initiative
- Committed to maintaining high standards
- Flexible and reliable
- Caring, friendly and  responsible
- SEN experience with BESD, autism, Physical disabilities, ADHD & personal care would be an added advantage
