Our client is a gastro-inn in the Cotswolds currently seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to help build on their restaurant's awards.
The ideal candidate would aspire to advance their career within a very well established kitchen.

Job Description

You will be involved in producing uncomplicated food cooked simply but exceptionally well to compliment the rosette their kitchen currently has.
They are aspiring for their second accolade, so someone with the drive and determination to obtain another rosette is needed to fill the position.

Required Experience

Our client needs a candidate with proven experience at a very high level.
You will demonstrate a passionate approach to local food.
You will be required to assist the chef and stand in during his absence.
You will also be able to demonstrate:

*A hunger to gain better skills and learn from the best
*The energy and urgency to create award winning food

Salary and Benefits

The starting salary for this role is £17000- £18000 depending on experience.
