Job Description:
This is a hands on role working closely with the restaurant manager to oversee the day to day running of the restaurant. The current restaurant manager is looking for someone that they can really develop and progress in the company so this is a great opportunity for someone with supervisory experience looking to continue their career in a quality environment.

Required Experience:
* a passion for fine food and wine
* previous supervisory experience in a quality hotel or restaurant
* rosette experience is not necessary.

Salary
The salary for this role is £16000
